Documentary work taught me to find the moment. This is what happens when I build it instead. Every frame here starts as a sketch and ends as a set: rope, lumber, thrifted fur, a hundred hanging books, light placed one source at a time. The ideas are a little strange on purpose. The craft underneath them is not.
